The Restaurant is very good - varied choices for breakfast, delicious five-course dinner and very attentive personnel! However, the rest of the experience didn’t meet our expectations for a hotel of this price level. The room was small, there was no way to block the light coming through the bathroom window at night (we asked for a solution with no follow up at all), and the tiny fridge was making so much noise at night that we had to unplug it. The biggest shock was when we opened the bathroom/toilet window (proper big window) and realized it actually goes to the neightbours’ balcony. The Spa area is difficult to find and you need an elevator to move between the Lounge terrace, the pool and the saunas. Both the pool and the spa close as early as 7pm, which means you can hardly use the facilities, unless you trade off some outdoor time during the day. Finally, we really struggled with the parking - for some guests there was a reserved spot, but no-one bothered to explain to us how it works. Unfortunately, given all of this, we score this place very low on guest comfort and we wouldn’t recommend it.

Amazing place that definitely deserves one star more than it currently has. The Owner is fantastic and absolutely kind. In no other place I felt more welcome and taken care of like here. And exactly this is the ambiente you find throughout your whole stay. There are so many good things I want to add but better visit it yourself. Definitely worth it.
